Be Everywhere At Once

Ladies, ever feel like you need to be everywhere at once to get your work done? Ever find it difficult to explain a complicated computer exercise via phone? I know I have. I have a nifty little tool to help you run your ministry more effectively from multiple locations.
It’s called TeamViewer. And it is so cool.
TeamViewer is a downloadable software that allows remote access (you can use a computer as if you were sitting right in front of it, though you may be miles away). Sounds creepy, but here’s how it could help you.
Say your ministry is not based in one, centralized location. Perhaps you have working members in Missouri, Texas, Florida, and North Carolina (we do!). And it’s FREE. You simply download the software from www.teamviewer.com and invite your guest to join your meeting. You connect by entering a simple code provided to your guest and you are instantly connected. It takes literally thirty seconds to set up.
Next time you need to quickly show a colleague how to navigate the backend of your website, give a tutorial on how to use a new program, or scan a spreadsheet of data together, TeamViewer will be your good friend.
