Can you believe it’s November? Christmas is just around the corner. Starbucks has even started using their holiday cups! Whether you’re a stickler when it comes to listening to Christmas music before Thanksgiving or not, it’s time to start thinking Christmas as you consider a Christmas event for your ministry.

One idea that we love is doing a Pinterest craft night. Pinterest is a virtual pinboard that is growing in popularity. There are tons of fun DIY craft ideas, and there’s no better way to do the crafts than with the fellowship of dear friends.

Be sure to search the Pinterest site for other ideas, but here are 3 easy and inexpensive crafts we think would be perfect for an evening with the gals:

Peppermint Christmas Tree
Felt Christmas Wreath
Yarn Snowman

And, of course, you’ll need a few Pinterest snacks!  Here are 3 of our personal favorites:

White Christmas Trail Mix
Christmas Pretzels
Peppermint Cookies

And, don’t forget to follow womensministry.net on Pinterest.

Question:  What is your favorite Christmas project?

Caroline, thanks so much for including my Christmas Pretzels in your post. Now I know about your site. I am on the women’s ministry team in my church and I see a ton of helpful resources. I followed you on pinterest, too. Hope your day is great.
