DIRECTORY LISTING OPTIONS AND RATES
for Calendar Year Jan-Dec, 2008
1. BASIC Listing: There is NO CHARGE for this basic
listing which includes your NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE/FAX NUMBERS only.
2. SILVER Listing: The cost is $39.95 for the calendar year
2008 (or
any part of Jan 1-Dec 31, 2008). This includes ALL OF THE ABOVE , PLUS a DESCRIPTION, WEB and EMAIL LINK.
3. GOLD listing: The cost is $49.95 for the calendar year
2008 (or
any part of Jan 1 -Dec 31, 2008). This Gold listing includes ALL OF THE ABOVE, PLUS a scanned PHOTO OR LOGO.
This is a one-time charge for the year of 2008. That's less than .14
cents per day to have your listing viewed by thousands of visitors per year.
For those SILVER and GOLD listings that are renewing for 2008, you receive an additional
10% discount for being a previous paying member.
All SILVER and GOLD renewals (or new Silver or Gold listings) will need to
pay for their 2008 listing at http://www.womensministry.net/directory
by NO
LATER THAN February 1, 2008. BASIC listings will remain posted at NO CHARGE.
ALL SILVER
and GOLD listings that are NOT paid for by February 1, 2008, will be transferred to
BASIC
status automatically.

CREATING A NEW SILVER or GOLD Listing for the 2008 DIRECTORY
- for anyone wanting to add or upgrade to a Silver or Gold listing for
the first time. Simply click this

link. Follow the step-by-step procedures and be
sure to click the PAY button to choose several options for payment.
RENEWING A BASIC LISTING for the 2008 DIRECTORY
- for anyone who had a free BASIC listing in the 2008 DIRECTORY. You don't have to do
anything. We'll transfer your 2008 DIRECTORY listing to the 2008 Directory.
CREATING A NEW BASIC LISTING for the
2008 DIRECTORY
- for anyone who wants to create a FREE BASIC listing for the first time.
Simply click the
ADD listing.
Then choose BASIC in Step 3, and follow the step-by-step procedures,
being careful to complete only the fields identified for a BASIC listing. You DO NOT have
to pay for this BASIC listing.

"photo". A picture is worth a thousand words, and in this case, worth a few

"description" area - available only with Silver and Gold listings.
3. There will be a 10% discount on the following year RENEWAL for Silver and Gold listings.
4. You can modify the content of your Silver and Gold listing at any time at
no extra charge, using your own password. Add a topic to your speaking? just

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: I consider myself a speaker and a musician. Can I be LISTED in more than one
place in the DIRECTORY?
A: Yes, but you if you want two Silver or Gold Listings, you will have to PAY
for two listings. If your second listing is a BASIC listing, then you do NOT
have to pay for the second listing. Please complete the web-based form for each listing.
Q: My DESCRIPTION text is not viewable. What's happening?
A: The Description field is now limited to five lines of text (or 240
characters). This allows for consistency among all listings. We recommend you EDIT your
Description to the 240 characters by clicking on EDIT at
www.womensministry.net/directory .
Q: If I add a Directory listing in the middle of the year, do I get
charged a discounted or prorated amount?
A: Sorry. To keep our prices low, we have one price for the calendar year.
Those who purchase a Directory listing earlier in the year get a little more
exposure during the year than those purchasing a listing at other times
during the year. However, you will get a 10% Discount on your renewal for
the following year.
