Cynthia Hassenboehler
I continually pray that my language is love, and that God is honored through my every word and deed.
Cynthia has been in a leadership role since the age of 14 when she taught a middle school Bible study at her church. After that she served in youth group as a core group leader and a Resident Assistant in College. Since then, she has led small groups, designed and lead the Children’s Ministry at her church’s new campus, designed and facilitated youth camps for 500+ students, and has had the opportunity to do all kinds of amazing things through Next Generation.
I love watching people discover their talents and bloom as they grow in new areas of responsibility and leadership, while I get to breathe life and encouragement as it happens.
It’s my role as a leader to empower those I lead to run in their lanes.
